Special Event FAQ’s
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible—especially for weekends and holidays. Most clients secure their date 6–12 months in advance.
How do I reserve a date?
A signed contract and initial deposit are required to officially reserve your date.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards (no fees), checks, and electronic payments. Please note that final payments must clear before your event date.
Do you allow outside vendors (DJ, photographer, florist, etc)?
Yes, outside vendors are welcome with prior approval. All vendors must provide proof of insurance.
What time can we access the venue for set up?
Setup time varies based on the day’s event schedule and will be confirmed in your Banquet Event Order (BEO).
Golf Outings FAQ’s
What is the minimum and maximum group size for outings?
We can accommodate groups as small as 16 players and as large as 144 players (a full course outing). Smaller groups are also welcome to reserve tee times if a full outing package isn’t needed.
Can food and drinks be included?
Yes! We offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, as well as beverage cart service. Our catering team can customize menus for your group.
What happens if there is bad weather?
If the course is deemed unplayable due to weather, we will work with you to reschedule your outing or make appropriate arrangements based on our weather policy.
Do you provide rental clubs?
Yes, we offer men’s and women’s rental sets for guests who need them. Please let us know in advance so we can reserve the appropriate number of sets.
Do you have locker rooms or changing areas?
Yes, locker rooms and restrooms are available for all outing participants.
